Hey guys
woke up this morning feeling just terrible, head hurts, sore throat, full of cold etc _pale_ . Have got to drag my backside to the shops to get my wonderful boyfriend
some birthday surprises and a card (and try not to overspend!) and yesterday my networking for my new business was going swimmingly - getting more cover, ppl asking for my number etc except now I have to teach my class tomorrow feeling dreadful
sorry just having a moan - pls motivate me into a dfw day rather than a shopaholics anonymous day

Aww hun, sorry to hear you're feeling ill. Leave the switch card at home!!! Take the cash you can afford, and spend to that. Have a nice cup of hot water, some lemon juice and a bit of hney in it - I find it's the only thing that helps my colds. Make yourself a nice nourishing dinner - can't get better without a bit of fuel.
Good news on your networking - hopefully a bit more cash coming your way then? This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!

Have you tried ads in the local paper? I got hold of the paper as a new startup, and they made a feature of me and did a story on me. Might be worth putting a 'getting in shape for party season' spin on it (not sure what fitness area you're in). A friend of mine who was a yoga instructor had a few tshirts printed with her logo and details and wore it whenever she could - you'd be surprised how much business she got from it. 'Want this body?' Then call XXX to get in shape with Claire'. PLus she got a fair few lads numbers....This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. You know what they're willing to pay at the gym, so you can start from there. Don't forget that you'll need more insurance going alone, plus you need to cover expenses like travel, hall rental etc. Might be worth waiting til you've built up a solid customer base first though. This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. Well, once things settle at the gym you're at already, you can guage numbers of diehard attendees. I'd personally start off safe - do your regular classes at the gym, and add an extra one outside the gym at a local hall. Then see how it goes from there.
You need to sit down, work out what it's going to cost you to cover the costs, plus your own 'wage' then work out how many people you need to have in the class each and every week to cover these costs. If it's a number you think you'll be able to comfortably achieve, then you're onto a winner! Good luck with it!
As for youtube giggles - you can't beat a bit of Charlie the Unicorn - very weird but makes me laugh. Then again I've got a very odd sense of humour........Charlie...chaaaaarrrrlliiieeee, come to Candy Mountain Charlie........This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. Hi - we have a woman in our village who does circuits on a monday night in our village hall. It's been a while since i've been
but it used to cost £3. There must have been at least 25+ people there and she did 2 sessions. I think the idea was that we'd then all sign up for some personal training...
She's been doing it for a good few years now, so it must work for her...
