Online competition sites

Hi guys I am confused :confused:

I have seen recommendations on this site to join things like www.!!!!!!.co.uk and other free online competition sites. However, they are free to join and enter and claim they have loads of free prizes.

Is this possible? Are these sites just a big waste of time? Has anyone here actually won anything?

Just wanna know if they are really worthwhile or if I'm just wasting my time.

    I signed up to a couple of those sites in June, and all I've won is a load of junk e-mails, and naff catalogues!

    But I also started doing the comps posted on the competition board, and I've already won about £200 worth of prizes. :D
