Not to create bad feeling, but why bother..
when it seems it would be easier to just go bankrupt. I've been reading a lot of stories on here about "how do I go bankrupt" and the like. (some not even knowing how to spell it properly) It seems some people cannot be bothered to even try to pay off their debts (I KNOW this is a minority and some people on her would…

Some advice would be greatly appreciated regarding what benefits I can claim. Came home after a long day at work to get a letter from the council demanding that we pay our council tax in full in the next 7 days  It is full of bold writing and capital letters and is threatening court and extra costs! DMP vs IVA
I am in the midst of getting rid of Baines and Ernst who make fortunes out of idiots like me but today they called and asked if I have considered going into an IVA. They stated that my debts at the moment will take 16 years to pay off but if I took an IVA they would be written off after 5 years. Can someone explain this to…

Should I Have A Financial Review With My Bank Manager?
Insert By Martin Don’t fall for the spiel of the new range of bank adverts offering financial reviews. Banks also only offer their own, invariably uncompetitive products. What to do…
