Credit card advice

What would people advise me to do?
I have paid off one of my credit cards this week.
My new situation is:
MBNA - o/b - 3910.00
NatWest - 0 (maybe a bit of interest, this the card I have paid off this week)
HSBC - 0 - cancelled as of this week
MINT - 0 - in the process of been cancelled.
The interest on the MBNA card is 6.9 % until January, going up to 21.9%
The interest on the NatWest card is 16.9%
Would you:
a) Wait til January, and ask MBNA to offer me a better rate?
b) Wait til January, and ask NatWest if they can offer me a better rate then transfer the balance?
c) Ring NatWest at the weekend and ask if they can offer me a better rate now then transfer the balance?
d) Apply for a 0% balance transfer card now, and transfer the balance from the MBNA.
e) Apply for a 0% balance transfer card in January, and transfer the balance.
f) something else?
Also would you cancel any of my existing cards, in any of the above situations.
Any advice would be appreciated, if I have confused (ive confused myself) people with the above choices I apologise, but I think you'll get the gist.

I would apply for a 0% card when the closed cards appear on your credit rating - so perhaps end of october. Unless you think you could get one now?
I wouldn't close the Natwest card yet - they may give you a decent offer when the card is officially at £0.Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0
