Had a letter from Gateshead Court reference an unpaid Loan to Northern Rock. I tried to approach NR and offered a oayment i could afford as not wanting to run away from my debt. Is it a usual practise for Companies to accepet a reduced final settlement payment. I have taken the advice and sent the letter to Lloyds TSB asking for confirmation of my last 6 years bank charges {there have been many!}. I got a letter back from them asking me for £10 for this information. Is this right or as am I entitled to this information free of charge as i would have thought? Thank you x
