Bank Charges

Good Morning All,

I have had confirmation this morning that my credit card company are going to refund me my £125.00 in bank charges (this is full amount) wohoooo.

However on the bit i have to sign to say i accept that i will take it no further and accept the money they have put £1250.00.

Do you reckon i'll get away with it???

How nice would that be, and it would pay off my card and leave me £600 due back to me (dream)

Thought i meantion it.

THanks

Vics

Did you claim unfair bank charges to your credit card?
May I be so nosey to ask which company?
I owe a small country's debt in charges to MBNA-
    Well done!

  • That’s excellent news - well done!!

I would advise only sign it if its agreeing to the current claim / situation and NOT on any possible future disputes you may have on charges, etc.

Yep, I will only sign saying that the charges i have claimed for are finished and i will not claim anything from them in relation to these.

I'm so excited, this is my first result!!!
