Interest rates increase!!!!
Not really sure this is the right place to post this but it is very relevant to us all. Interest rate have just increased to 4.75% a rise of 0.25% the first change in 11 months and the first increase in 2 years. They say the increase is due to inflation. Two words energy companies:mad:

I've just found out that a secured loan which was supposed to be paid by my partner hasn't been paid. The eviction notice is for 14th August. Apparently this is the third time it has happened. Do I stand a chance in stopping this?
