1st Credit.. Doh...

1st Credit have just taken over my old MBNA Account, they have been sent my Financial Statement (CAB did it), they have also had two payments as per the Financial Statement Offer and now say that they "regect" the offer, they keep phoning me and sending letters wanting "more", last letter stated that they were looking onto "court action" and "making me "bankrupt"... has anyone had any dealings with this lot (1st Credit) every time I talk to them they are just rude to the point of not even listening... sorry to go on .. they have made my blood boil...

Thanks Broken Hearted for the Advice, I will give that a go next time they call, I don't have any assets, and loads of debt, most of which are far greater than the amount owed to 1st credit (Old MBNA), I did have 4 x MBNA accounts and the one that they (1st Credit) got was the one with the least amount on... (just over 4k) the other three accounts have all gone to westcote and they have been OK about it, so guess I have nothing to loose by saying ... Go on then make me Bankrupt...
