I have taken the advice and sent the letter to Lloyds TSB asking for confirmation of my last 6 years bank charges {there have been many!}. I got a letter back from them asking me for £10 for this information. Is this right or as am I entitled to this information free of charge as i would have thought?

if you are applying to them under the freedom of information act then the maximum fee is £10....so yes they can ask for that.0

But you can claim this back as part of your small claims. Don't forget this.Debt at worst: £33000
