Next Directory lowering credit limit
NEXT have lowered my credit limit from £900 to £45 (effectively £0). I rang their credit control department, apparently it will have 'NO EFFECT' on my credit and how my credit file is viewed. Anyone shed any light on whether the woman on the phone actually knows what she is talking about?

No Cover for Quality
I am considering paying for an online training cost about $1200. There is a possibility the quality of course may not be good or the web site is too slow, in which case I may want the money returned. I spoke to Nat West Credit who tell me their credit card offers no protection whatsoever for quality of a product or…

I paid: £26.69 on 6/3/13 £10.00 on 6/3/13 £10.00 on 11/3/13 Now my maths isn't brilliant, but surely this means that I paid my minimum amount before the deadline of the 23rd? I've now been charged a £12 late payment fee which has taken me over…
