in Credit cards
Hi,
MBNA have wrote to me advising me that a credit card I had, may have been mis sold PPI and they enclosed a questionnaire to fill in..
Does this mean that they have admitted PPI mis selling as I have not previously enquired with them over anything to do with PPI and they have volunteered the information to me!
Cheers!

No, it means exactly what the letter says. "You MAY have been mis-sold ppi".
Do you feel it was mis-sold? What reasons would you give to make your claim? Have a look at the questionnaire and fill it in if you feel it was mis-sold and see what they say.Total Mortgage OP £61,000Outstanding Mortgage £27,971Emergency Fund £62,100I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>0 -
Thanks...will complete as didnt even realise it was on there!0

Not knowing it was there would suggest to me mis-selling.0

It suggests something else to me but I don't want to belittle the OP!0

The PPI would have been on every single cc statement from day one.
I don't see how the OP could say that he/she didn't know it was there
OP, you would have to produce evidence to support a miss sold claim.
Do you have any. It really doesn't sound like it.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

I think not being able to swim looks like the least of your problems.
These are speculative texts from claims management firms, review your records and if you think you have been missold something contact the lender directly, appealing to the regulator if it is turned down and you really think you have a case.
It doesn't seem as though you have been missold or you might have realised before now.0
