Does refund count towards paying off in full?
Tesco Clubcard credit card. Bought something on last statement, returned it an had it refunded on this one. I always pay off in full to avoid interest. Can the amount refunded count towards my full payment? I.e. balance is X, refund was Y. Do I have to pay only Z=X - Y to avoid interest?

Should the bank be charging interest if they've withdrawn the credit facility?
I was previously on a payment plan with a credit card, and paying no interest. They said that once I had cleared the arrears on the card, I would be able to use the card as normal, and the payment plan would be removed. I cleared the arrears and they have since started charging interest. My statement now has no mention of…
