Go into a branch they will check if you are eligible for a trade up.0

I had a classic visa from my 18th birthday, then I asked for an Airmiles card (As it was back then). "New business" asked why I wanted an Airmiles/avios card. I said I wanted an AMEX and he said thats fine you'll fet it in 5-7 working days0
