MBNA credit cards
My MBNA card expired and they refuse ti issue a new one because "the business is up for sale and they are not issuing any new plastic". I have always made correct payments on time. My agreement is dated 6/2/1999. Can they do this or can I insist on a new card being issued?

1st time ever late payment!
OMG.Just opened my post and I have been charged £12 for a late payment fee,I thought I had paid it.It was only £146,I pay it off every month(tesco card points).I have just paid it in full, can this affect my credit rating.Thanks for any replies.

Can you transfer from MBNA to RBS?
Trying to BT on RBS website but it wont accept the MBNA number. Just wanted to check there was no reason why you couldnt do a BT between the two?
