Direct debit cancelled
I paid my Virgin CC (MBNA) bill in full before statement date and cancelled the DD that was set as back up for minimum payment. I was charged a failed DD fee of £12 for a card with a zero balance! One fairly complicated phone call got the charge reversed but I just thought it was odd.
