Nectar credit card vs quidco - use both together?

Which tends to pay more or does it depend?
Is it possible to use both? Anyone got any tips an clever tricks for using these?

Is the Amex or sainsbury nectar card better for points?

You can't use both because you have to go "through" one website or another to get to the retailer.
Quidco's specific offers can't be beaten (£50 off an insurance policy or whatever) but where there is no offer (eg: ebay, amazon) I tend to use nectar, as it's not clear how much quidco would give.
