Credit cards
Would like to know if there is any credit cards that do 0% interest for a certain period on cash before you get charged or do they all charge interest the moment you withdraw cash. Also what's the interest charge on average for cash withdrawels, if l was to draw £200 out how much interest would that be after a month.

Best credit card for traveling round Australia?
Does anyone know what the best credit card would be to use while traveling around Australia? Paying off monthly shouldn't be a problem, but don't want to pay any charges, just need the security of the credit card. We're off at the end of October for 3 months, so any tips welcome! Thanks Stefan & Anne Marie

Insurance I didn't realise I had
I was made redundant at the end of March, and was out of work for 3 months. I had a call from Egg Credit Card today and discovered that I have insurance with them. I wasn't aware of this and was going to cancel it on the spot, but didn't want the hassle as I was cooking at the time so thought I'd leave it until tomorrow.…

18 yr old given store card despite having no credit history - help!
Hi, My sister was given a Debenhams credit card when she was just 18 and had no credit card rating. My sister had asked for a store card, but was given the mastercard instead (she was able to use this anywhere). At the time she was working as a full-time waitress and being paid below the minimum wage. Her card had a £1,000…

Goldfish/Barclaycard
Has anyone else had the offer to have double points and your current points total doubled in returned for paying a monthly fee of £2. Is there anything stopping me from signing up for this, doubling my points and then cashing them in and then cancelling the whole card after say one month?

Returning goods paid by debit/credit card
When returning goods paid for by credit/debit card do I have to give my address to the shop? I feel that someone then has my card details including the 3 didgets on the reverse of the card if they are clever enough and my address everything you need to purchase goods over the phone or on the internet.

Obtaining store cards?
Hi all, I've never had a store card, have stayed away from them for the obvious extortionate interest rates, however I'm trying to establish some credit on my report. At the moment, my credit score is 311 (equifax). The concern according to the report is the electoral roll (will be 3 yrs in Oct) and my only credit history…

Paying off balance
I was wondering whether credit card companies ever negotiate a settlement figure to pay off an account or are they strict about paying it all off in full. We owe quite a large amount and may be in a postion in the near future to be able to settle most of it - has anyone successfully done this?
