Hi,
Has anyone tried asking citicard for a rate reduction?
I got a good deal when I rang HSBC :rotfl:but cant find any thread about anyone trying it with Citicard..................

I tried asking for a rate reduction....I was told a resounding NO! They told me they will automatically review my rate every 6 months....the review I got after I asked actually INCREASED my rate of interest...needless to say I cancelled the account, which froze the interest at what it was, and am just paying it off now.Clearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000
