Credit card error
On Thursday 27th March, by telephone, I paid my council tax for the year, using my credit card. Obviously the person who has keyed in the payment has added…

Hubby has just checked his credit file and notice there are a number of anomalies on it! Are there some standard letters that we can just fill in the gaps in order to get this sorted out! Do we contact the credit agencies or the companies involved?

How would I work out what the balance on an Egg credit card was if the minimum payment is £69.44. I don't know anymore details than this so if this is impossible to do please ignore the question. Thanks.

Credit Card Reclaim
I have credit card debts that have been stagnant for approx. 6 years. If I try to reclaim charges will they take the last 6 years that the card was active or the applied charges over 6 years which will probably be nothing because the cards have not been active for approx. 6 years. Thank You:confused:

I'm really mystified? My hubby got…

Help! Morgan Stanley demanding 'evidence' of 3%
Following the 'alert' from Martin (and reading the posts and here) I checked my cashback and noted that like others, I have only had 1% then 0.5% rates, not the 3% introductory rate that I'm sure I signed up for. Foolishly though I don't seem to have kept any paperwork that has the cashback details on it (that'll teach…
