Amazon Credit Card - Gift Voucher Problems

I opened an Amazon card at the end of December, with interest free purchases to July.
During January I made a large purchase. On the statement in early Feb, 'voucher' points were removed. Along with the supposed introductory voucher for starting to use the card, Amazon owe me £45 in vouchers, which should have been received within a few weeks of the statement date.
Having waiting a month, I first contacted them early in March. I have then chased over the last few weeks - and they keep telling me there are delays and it will be sorted soon. I cannot understand why it has so far taken almost 2 months to receive an electronic gift voucher ??

Has anyone else had similar problems ?
What steps should I take to escalate the complaint - what regulatory bodies are there?
