Help! Morgan Stanley demanding 'evidence' of 3%

Following the 'alert' from Martin (and reading the posts and here) I checked my cashback and noted that like others, I have only had 1% then 0.5% rates, not the 3% introductory rate that I'm sure I signed up for.

Foolishly though I don't seem to have kept any paperwork that has the cashback details on it (that'll teach me!), and when I rang Morgan Stanley the guy on the phone said (effectively) that the computer said no, and that if believed that I should have been on a 3% rate I'd have to present something in writing from Morgan Stanley...

Please can anyone help me? Am obviously happy to pay postage and copy costs for a paper copy. Thanks.

(I posted this a while ago on the end of the Morgan Stanley thread, but have had no reply, which is why I'm re-posting here in case it was lost in that mammoth discussion. Apologies f that's not done.)
