Mbna & ppi

I have written at least 6 times to mbna to try and reclaim my ppi for the last 8 years or so and they have blatantly ignored everyone of my letters.I finally got a different address to send my letters to and yet again they have ignored them to,i do not know what to do now as they don't even have an email address i can write to can anyone help in this please.Thankyou:confused:

    Might help if you let us know a bit more detail, like what reason your giving them as the basis or your claim?
    If you've just wrote to them asking for it back without explaining why you are reclaiming it then chances are they will probably ignore it

    Previously known as Bokken,registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D

    Thankyou for your help,i sent both the ppi 1 letter and ppi2 letter on several occasions but got no reply at all,i got both sample letters from here and just changed the wording like martin stated to do hope this helps.:confused:

    Oh i forgot to say that it is the mbna credit card and we are getting charged £75 per month ppi on this and have done so for years,i really need to get this sorted.
