Indian Call Centres
I work in a call centre in Norwich and we've just been told our jobs are moving to India. I'm so excited! I've always wanted to visit India and with the salary they pay me I'll be able to live like a Maharaja over there. Well done Aviva, keep up the good work. Charles Turner

Self-employed - is this a problem?
I'd like to apply for a credit card with a better APR, but I'm a bit wary of doing it in case I run into a problem with proving my income. I'm basically a housewife, but I do some freelance work on a self-employed basis. Since I don't earn much I've always done my own tax returns, so I don't have any paperwork from an…

Hi, Just had to post this as I am astounded by Lloyds tsb! My credit card bills arrived in the post today which is normal, but along with it I recieved 3 other people's statements!! It's lucky I am not some credit card thief who would steal these people's money! Do they want to make it easy for people to de-fraud…

Cashback credit cards abroad
I recently had a Nationwide account whereby I was earning cash-back on all purchases including those abroad, this was particularly favorable since they don't have a Foreign currency conversion charge. However about a year ago they correct this and removed the cash-back abroad. Can anyone recommend a suitable cash-back card…

I've discovered an unauthorised transaction on my credit card. I've never used this company, don't have an account with them and haven't received any goods. This transaction has also pushed me above my credit limit. I phoned my credit card company to report it and quite frankly have been appalled by their response (or lack…
