Has anyone applied for a Virgin credit card lately and if so how long did it take to get a answer?

I applied on the website and was notified of approval by text in under a week, I got a call from an account manager to discuss limits and protection excetera and the card was sent and arrived a few days later, all in all under 2 weeks.0

I recently posted a thread to warn people that although I've been a good customer who always made my payments - never missed one, over almost two years Virgin/MBNA whacked my interest rate up to 34%. I obviously don't know your circumstances but pleased be warned that this can happen. You're dealing MBNA, not Virgin.0
