urgent suprise (my recent thread i cant find it sorry)

hi i posted a thread a few days ago about this £40,000 in my bank.

well according to my bank theres no mistake and on my account statment it says, GMB getmintedbingo, according to them i wont the 40,000 pound and it's all myn to spend according to them.
i went into the bank and they have told me to open a savings account and put some away. this is fantastic im over the moon...
but what do i do with this money, ive already bough 1000 lambert and butler cigarettes which has cost me over 500 put it that way.

    not half mate, i didnt even know i entered a competition but i did somehow im so suprised, i dunno wot to do with this money way to much for me.

    But I can totally understand how it is a massive shock to you...

    Just a thought but don't most of those bingo sites ask that you pay a deposit to play?
  • Hmmm............I can think of a very lovely lady who could do with £15k........LOL!!!

    I would definately check its yours before spending it though, as it would be awful if it turned out to be an incorrect account number, and some poor sod who'd been playing online bingo is sat waiting for it!!

    IMHO I do not believe a word of it - sorry. However if it were so you would need to contact the benefit agency and your benefits would need to be adjusted accordingly and may even stop alll gether. They are not going to pay beneifts when you say have the money in a savings account.
