I Have Got A Few Credit Cards With Debts On And A Personal Loan With My Bank,but Would Like To Move Abroad Next Year.does Anyone Know If Its Possible To Transfer Debts Over To Spanish Banks And Get Statements And Pay It Off From Over There?

Go abroad as you say but don't come back. Then you can forget about those nasty debts :beer:0

No in general you wont be able to transfer the debt to a different bank so you will have to make arrangements to keep paying it by transferring funds to the UK.
Presumably you can get online statements for your debts so you will have no trouble in accessing the details from spain.0
