I recently made a successful application for RBS (9 months interest free BT). I put down the amounts owed on 3 of my cards. Due to their poor office skills, my application will be taking a lot longer to go through. In the meantime, i have had to meet the minimum repayments on the other 3 cards. Therefore, the amount I…

Poor crediting rating credit cards
Hi, Does anyone know of any company that provides credit cards for people with poor credit ratings? My credit rating took a serious beating last year, thanks to having to move repeatedly (dodgy landlords), changing banks (dodgy service), and drastic financial problems (stupidity on my part). I'm debt-free now (except for a…

Amex: customer services in India
I have severly reprimanded American Express for the continuing use of call centers in India. I had to ring today, and not only was the accent of the operator so strong, but the line was terrible too. Within an hour I was rung back by a senior manager in England, after I complained.

Virgin Credit Card late fee when I already paid!
OK, I don't yet have a DD set up on my Virgin Credit Card, but for my June bill I didn't pay the required amount over the bank or post office counter - instead I transferred funds from my Paypal account to more than adequately cover the minimum repayment.
