Has any1 dealt with these before? i purchased a computer from pc world and they set me up with a "loan" to pay it off through HFC however Hfc have sent me a credit card and refer to my so called loan as a credit card! the rates are extortionate!

Seeking help directly from lenders
All lenders will say in their T&C of payment chasing letters "please ring us to discuss your account if ever you find yourself in difficulty of meeting payments", or words to that effect. Does anyone have any experience of dealing with difficult debt this way, or know what kind of help they will/can offer?
