Is it possible to use premium bonds (purchase and then cash in) to stooze money from cc to bank A/c?

It looks like only debit cards are taken - not credit cards.
As to whether you used stoozed money [obtained some other route] to put into premium bonds. that is a well covered in other boards.......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
