HFC are owned by HSBC and run the marbles credit card on behalf of PC World.

Does it have the visa or mastercard symbols? If so its a credit card.

Otherwise its a revolving loan facility, which is virtually the same as a credit card except you can only use it in one place.

Is this it? Household Bank is a subsidiary of HFC.

A couple of months ago I bought two lots of furniture on separate HFC interest free credit deals. One for 6 months, one for 3 years. No credit card issued, it's just a loan account which happens to charge 0% interest over the term.

If you've been sent a credit card I'd get in touch with them quick to sort out their mistake.

Hope you get it all sorted soon.
