Credit card charge back / S75
If you buy online and receive an item and want to return it, and under the distance selling rules when buying online, you are entitled to a full refund, but the seller refuses and tries to deduct a re-stocking fee and the original delivery fees, is this covered under S75 or a charge back with a credit card? Many thanks
