Failure to honour warranty

Admit to being off topic before I start.....but hope someone can point me in the right direction?
Very small business and bought a heater that has failed well inside warranty period. Returned for rectification but not getting a good response from supplier -the run around and broken promises!


Any ideas how to take this forward? An MSE forum for business?

Cost of heater significant for me but probably does not amount to cost of legal proceedings!

An important point is does the warranty state that it covers business purchases or is it limited to consumer use only?

Thanks for response , GM. It was a business purchase under business Ts and Cs that, yes, had a warranty that applies.
