Credit card charge back / S75

If you buy online and receive an item and want to return it, and under the distance selling rules when buying online, you are entitled to a full refund, but the seller refuses and tries to deduct a re-stocking fee and the original delivery fees, is this covered under S75 or a charge back with a credit card?
Many thanks

Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 only covers an item which costs over £100. No idea if that limit is relevant to your purchase.
Anyway, you might like to read these two MSE articles:

Yes sorry,
I’m not at the point of needing to request help from the credit card company as trying to work it out with the company.
I therefore asked on a separate thread as I just wanted to query separately.
Yes it is over £100.
Thanks.0 -
In which case, the answer to your question is - yes.
Hope that helps.0
