Hi
What are your legal rights regarding accessing your health records? Also the recent changes in May last year to the Data Protection laws?
I have tried to find some answers online but it all seems a bit vague!
Some advice on where to look would be much appreciated.

When I wanted to see my records, I just wrote to the organisation (my GP in this case) and asked to see them. They contacted me and arranged a date for me to go in. No issues at all.0 -
Hi
Thanks for your reply.
When you viewed your records were you able to get a copy? (Pay for that copy if needed) Also did you have to prove your identity when you went to view them?
Sorry for the questions.
