Refund???
I bought a kitchen mixer tap from B&Q on 20 March 10 for £90. It has recently developed a leak from the body of the tap but B&Q say they will not replace it and if I have a problem that I should contact the manufacturer. Is it unreasonable to expect a tap to last for more than 3 years? I have the receipt.

Xbox One - Does it breach EU consumer rights?
The EU seems to be clamping down on companies who want to stop you reselling their products. The Xbox One has some serious restrictions in place. I can understand restrictions for games purchased digitally, but these restrictions apply to physical discs purchased in physical shops. You can read the official statements on…

Stanley Flasks
I need a bit of advice in which way to go with a small Stanley Flask I have had replaced under their lifetime guarantee about 4 times in the last 18-24 months. The reason I purchased one (not cheap at circa £15) was the guarantee of a replacement and the "stay hot for 12 hours" statement which to be fair the first one did…
