hi can anyone help i bought a cooker on ebay paid with credit card through paypal.cooker wasnt working as it should they game with a replacement cooker which has the same fault.tried to ring them and get put on hold and then the line goes dead is there anything i can do ...thanks ...

    ask for a refund and if they dont file a paypal claim. I wouldnt want any goods from them after twice being unable to supply goods that work

    Sending it back could be costly. Credit cards and paypal can be an issue though. A chargeback may fail because you paid paypal not the company supplying the cooker.
