I just found out about the problem Reebok are having with the Easytone advertising and the fact that consumers can get a refund on the product as part of the settlement Reebok have made with the regulator. Is this just for US customers or can UK customers claim the refund ?

Your thoughts on this query
If I went to a petrol station and purchased exactly 1 Litre of fuel at a filling station for example £133.9 per litre why should I be charge £1.34? into who's pocket does all the 0.1 pennys go to? and where does this stand legally as it is misrepresentation of the actual price.

How long for a faulty item can you return?
I purchased a Gro-egg from mothercare and within 6 months it became faulty - apparently a very common fault. They exchanged it albeit with a grudge as the receipt i had stated 21.99 and they sell them for 22.50, not sure why this was a problem but they had to call managers and checked their systems as they said theyve…

Hi Mse's, I have some questions regarding consumer rights and vendor antics, that hopefully some of you would be kind enough to answer in general. 1) If I purchased an item from an on-line retailer, would it be fair to expect that the item be current? meaning, if the product was up to 5 years old and now obsolete stock,…

JD Sports 7 day refund policy is outrageous
I purchased a pair of jogging trousers on one weekend, but I decided not to try it on at the store for two reasons. I did not feel comfortable using the store's changing facilities and I often prefer saving time while shopping and try the garmets at home. H&M supports this by actually encouraging customers buy them first…

Their machine was…

Refunding Albert Hall event tickets
I've booked a ticket for an event at the Albert Hall, but due to unforseen circumstances I can't attend. The terms and conditions at the Albert Hall site state "Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded", and apparently I'm not allowed to sell it privately or even give it to someone else. Given that I…

Am I being unreasonable?
I bought a brand new boxed TV from Tesco HomePlus on the 23rd of August for my son's birthday. I only opened it yesterday and found that it had obviously been an ex-display model. I rang to ask if I could get it swapped and was told by custiomer services that I "had 28 days to check the TV over and get it swapped if there…
