Hello.
This is the first time I have used a forum so I hope somebody can help me.
I moved into my house 12 years ago and had a damp course done with a 30 year guarantee.
I now have evidence of damp (rising?) to the chimney breast and 2 side walls and am unable to pursue the guarantee as the original company who did the job no longer exist, and the guarantor company has also gone into liquidation.
It is a Lectros Guarantee Bond Co Ltd but they cease to exist at the address on the guarantee.
I have limited income and am hoping somebody can advise me.
