Help! Bright White Smiles
Okay so I was clearly a bit of an idiot this weekend. I was in Superdrug in Glasgow City Centre and there was 2 guys (with very white teeth I may add!) selling a home teeth whitening kit. I was pretty sceptical as I've seen home kits before and I've just not been convinced that they won't do mega damage to my teeth.…

Hello all - after some advice about the following situation. I obtained a verbal quote on an expensive wedding ring and then shopped around for more quotes. The original quote came in the cheapest and so I called back yesterday to confirm that the quote still stands. This was verbally confirmed to me on the phone and I…

Damaged Laptop Screen. What Next?
I have a five month old Acer laptop currently 'winging' its way back from PC World's technical people. (I say 'winging' as by the time I have it back it'll have been with them five days longer than they promised). Anyway, in short I switched the machine on two weeks ago to see a screen damaged on the inside. No pressure,…

Disgruntled HP Touchpad owner
Whilst everyone else is excitedly rushing out to purchase a Touchpad at hugely reduced cost I am one of the unlucky people who purchased the Touchpad at full price less than 24 hours before HP decided to axe it. Whilst other suppliers are offering a full refund or partial rebate, Argos are telling me that they will not be…

Primary seals on double glazed units blown - insurance claim declined
Six years ago, I had a local firm install double glazed windows and doors at the back of my property. As the company are no longer trading, I am currently trying to claim against…

The lid had come off in transit. Whilst it may seem…
