Customers turn their backs on Monzo and Revolut as fears mount over profitability
I found this very curious, it would seem if this article is true, the majority of people still do not trust digital banks, even if they are (in the case of Starling and Monzo) a bank! Changing between Barclays and Lloyds current accounts, what is your experience?
I bank with Barclays and their Bank branches are 10 miles away, and not simple journeys, one is in an area that I never visit and the other area I rarely visit, whereas Lloyds is a 10 min walk away and a mile by car. I have thought about moving house, and there, both of the Banks branches are about 10 miles away, but…

Do Barclays Bank respond to a letter posted to my branch?

Barclaycard app glitch
I logged in to my Barclays banking app this morning and my Barclaycard had disappeared from the list of accounts. After speaking to them on live chat, I was told it was a glitch after last night's update and will be fixed soon. So, if anyone else has the same problem, it should right itself later today.
