Barclaycard app glitch

I logged in to my Barclays banking app this morning and my Barclaycard had disappeared from the list of accounts. After speaking to them on live chat, I was told it was a glitch after last night's update and will be fixed soon. 

So, if anyone else has the same problem, it should right itself later today.

Same on Barclaycard app. Barclaycard isn't there but after clicking into bank account then back home it's showing. Also sluggish opening the app (both bank & card).

Just checked mines the same. The app seems to be almost the same as the Barclays banking app? Offering current account services & such. Not sure if this is a mistake or supposed to be like that.

my cards gone I can’t view it at all

The Barclays bank app and the Barclaycard app kind of morphed into exactly the same app at some point a while back. I had both and they were showing exactly the same information.

The Barclays bank app and the Barclaycard app kind of morphed into exactly the same app at some point a while back. I had both and they were showing exactly the same information.

Yep. I've both but they're identical now (iOS). So can login to either and perform the same functions as needed. Not risking deleting one as Sod's law they'll split them again and I'll never get back in 😂

Thanlks for the heads up, my Barclaycard has disappeared from the app, so I currently have no cards with them at all

There's no problem with mine. The Barclays app is showing all my accounts and my Barclaycard.

Wondering - those with problems do you have both credit card & bank account? 

Like poster above, all mine are now showing fine.

I've never had my Barclaycard stuff appear on my Barclays app data
Is there some way to get them both together or do I have to 'bite the bullet' and ring Barclays to get them to merge/link the records?

in the app click the 3 dots in bottom right corner (more) then select "Manage accounts" then at bottom of screen select "add an account". You might be able to do it that way.

In both apps? Wife's Barclaycard is showing in her Barclays app, but mine is not in Barclaycard app.
