Bank of Scotland Current Account Application

Hi everyone, I have tried twice today to apply for a Bank of Scotland Classic Current Account. When I've completed the online application and press 'submit' I just get a blank page. I just wondered if it's a glitch in their online system or have they closed new applicaitions.
Thanks in advance for any replies or thoughts.

I'd say it's probably either a glitch on their end, or a fault with the browser you're using - I have broken banking websites on more than one occasion with my VPN/ad-block software. Before trying again I'd give BoS a call just to make sure you don't have multiple applications sitting on their system... last thing you want is multiple hard credit searches on your file and no account to show for it.

I agree with PRAISETHESUN. It's been a while since I last applied for a Bank of Scotland account (a few years ago), but at the time the application form did seem to use popup windows. I just switched off my browser's popup blocker and it all seemed to work fine, then switched it on again afterwards. If you phone up they should be able to check if it went through, though, so I would recommended checking first just so you don't end up with two duplicate applications.
