Hi, I am looking for a pre payment card that I can load onto my son's phone so he can order meals and drink from pubs. He has learning difficulties and autism but likes going out for lunch. Now with corona virus think it would be safer if he could order from table, but I don't want to use his bank card in case his phone get stolen. What appreciate suggestions.

You could also look into getting a Starling Connected card, which now costs £2 a month but loading (and unloading) the card with funds is free of charge.1 -
Or you could open a Starling account, set the overdraft slider to zero so he cannot go overdrawn, and pay into that account from your own.
Your son could either use the supplied debit card, or use something like Samsung Pay to load the debit card onto the phone.1 -
Just checked with them and connected spaces card, cannot be used on Samsung pay, but they are working in setting one up. Thanks for the suggestion.0
