Serial switcher
Hi. I have had my applications rejected for RBS and Halifax. Could this be because I have already got several bank accounts and have been a serial switcher? Apart from the above 2, I have exhausted all other high street banks' offers. I have checked my credit score and all is good. Thanks Therigler:

What happens if I tell the bank I don't accept the account T&Cs
Has anyone told a financial institution who they have a product with that they no longer accept the T&Cs? What happened? What is my legal standing once I tell the bank this and does it mean I no longer bound by the contract? Thank your for responses from experience only.

Santander ruthless attitude. Help!
I have been scammed and lost £3.5k to a bogus double glazing firm. Until the police visited me many weeks after the pressure salesman demanded a cheque (and I stupidly wrote it) I didn't know I had been robbed. I asked my bank, Santander, to help me.
