Starling bank account for 17 year old to use abroad?

My 17 year old granddaughter will be going on holiday to Turkey in the summer. Would a Starling account or similar be the best way for her to take spending money?

Yes it would be, now that Starling and Monzo accept 16yr+. But for reliability take more than one, there's also (fee free):
