Moneysavingexpert claims that you can receive a £125 bonus if you switch via their link but when I click through it says £100.

Was I too late or will I get £125 if I got through the link?

I tried the link and it still says £125? Did you click the blie apply button on this webpage under the First direct section on this page?

I would reapply - but ideally via a different browser if you have the option.0 -
It was supposed to end Monday https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/latesttip/?utm_source=MSE_Newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_term=05-Mar-19-558-8&utm_campaign=nt-viewonlineheader&utm_content=1
Perhaps they have ended it early?0 -

I suspect OP is clicking through from the wrong link.0 -
On the subject (and sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been answered elsewhere) I am switching to first direct from an account that I don't get paid into or has no direct debits ect. they say they will notify my employer about change of bank account but will this mean I will not longer get paid into the account I do now (that i am not switching from) and instead into the first direct one? or is this only valid if i was paid into the account i am switching from??
Thanks0 -
Any sort of anti-tracking or 3rd party cookie blocking could prevent the link from working - it's doesn't work for me on my main browser with these things enabled, but it does work on my secondary browser I use for referral links where I don't have any anti-tracking measures enabled.0

Only payments that currently come into the account you are switching and closing will change. Your wages will continue to be paid into your other account.0 -

That was it, thank you!0 -

Switching only affects the account being closed, none of your other accounts will be affected. If your employer pays into the account that is getting switched then they will be notified when they next try to pay you and they should update their records to pay into the new account. Otherwise any payments made to your old account will continue to be forwarded indefinitely to your new account.
If you get paid into a different account then none of the above applies and your employer will not be notified about any chances, and hence no change to which account you get paid into.0 -
@OP the £125 offer for MSE was supposed to end today. However the standard £100 offer is still being offered so the deal is not gone completely.0

Although the offer has gone down you could make a request in the referrals section asking for someone to refer you.
If someone refers you they get £50 and you get £100
I have seen a lot of posts in there were people offer to give you some of their referal money in order that you use them.0
