£150 Expedia vouchers from switching
Just wondering if anybody has been able to successfully convert the £150 Expedia vouchers (currently offered by First Direct) into cash? I've looked around online and unsure if Expedia offer this, or if there is a workaround? Thanks for any input.

Is anybody else having trouble with the weekly email from Visa Offers? Mine refers to First Direct but I understand Nationwide and other banks have similar schemes. Clicking any link on the email (even Help) comes up with 'Sorry, this page is not available.'

Do all business sole trader accounts look at ur credit file?
Ive filled in one and they seem to ask so many questions. At the end of the day im only looking at putting in cheques and nothing else. Also one that doesnt mean loads of charges either. Any ideas?

TSB complaint. Compensation offered.
Finally have letters from TSB confirming compensation payout after their disastrous IT upgrade back in April.
