£150 Expedia vouchers from switching

Just wondering if anybody has been able to successfully convert the £150 Expedia vouchers (currently offered by First Direct) into cash?

I've looked around online and unsure if Expedia offer this, or if there is a workaround?

They will have no cash value.

People do seem to be selling them on eBay so that might be an option.

Did anyone actually get the Expedia voucher? What exactly can it be used for - all Expedia products or only certain ones? Does it have an expiry date and does it have to be used for a holiday within a certain amount of time?

Expedia will likely not let you convert the voucher directly into cash, so the options will probably be to either try your hand at selling it or use it as it is intended - they are usually reasonably competitive on cheaper flights and accommodation in my experience so if you plan to travel it might be worth looking into. Otherwise I'd opt for a different FD switch gift that can be re-sold a bit more easily.

Hi all, I switched banks and got the £150 voucher but have been unable to get onto the first direct page of expedia that i was sent a link for. Anybody know how i can use this voucher? The link they sent me was expedia.co.uk/first-direct but it just comes up with "server not responding" when i click it.
any help or other links would be very much appreciated.

Just tried expedia.co.uk/first-direct and it connected me to https://www.expedia.co.uk/g/s2/first-direct-home/ without any problem, where it shows an FD-branded typical Expedia search screen headed "Search offers available with your first direct switcher voucher".
