Visa Offers

Is anybody else having trouble with the weekly email from Visa Offers? Mine refers to First Direct but I understand Nationwide and other banks have similar schemes.

Clicking any link on the email (even Help) comes up with 'Sorry, this page is not available.'

I've just logged into Nationwide and HSBC ones with no problems. I don't have a first direct account.

I NEVER click on links in financial emails. I will go to the website manually and check the offers, if its targeted it should show after logging in. Just in case its a phishing email.

I am glad I am not the only one. My email last week was the same as you say.

I agree with you that you can never be to careful but I have have had the same email weekly for over a year now.

Strange thing is if you google 'Visa Offers' and click the link you get 'Sorry, this page is not available.' but I shouldn't have done that.

    Yes, with Nationwide.

I sent a message to NW via the banking website. The response says the matter has been reported to their technical people and I should expect a response within 3 working days.
