Barclays Additions Plus missold - complaint rejected
I used Martin's template to complain to Barclays regarding the miss-selling of my Barclays Additions Plus bank account. I've received a letter from Barclays, stating that my complaint is outside of the time limits allowed. I upgraded to the account in 2007 and closed it in 2009. According to Barclays, I should have raised…

Currency exchange fiasco - just take it on the chin?
We have been with the same bank forever and never really had much of a problem, but recently my OH got incensed by the timing of trying to purchase some US shares and how the bank dealt with it. Essentially, there was a work shares investment opportunity and application for doing this happened to be the week of the EU…

Android Pay
I am thinking of using the Android Pay app - it's supported by LLoyds - I would be interested if anyone else uses it and what they think about it. I like the idea that it's very secure - retailers don't get your card details.
